The add-in is installed like any other add-in available in Microsoft SharePoint Store. If needed, please use our step by step installtion guide to install the add-in available here

US Toll Free Number
Toll Free SMS enabled numbers are special and approved by Phone Carriers based on Use cases evaluation, while regular numbers have many restriction in United states like sending URLs in SMS , sending more than 200 sms per day, Toll Free SMS numbers dont have any such restrictions.
Toll free numbers are available and free for Professional, Business and Enterprise Licenses.

The incoming SMS are stored in a List in your SharePoint Site

Features
For sending sms to Non SharePoint Users (External users) please use the Add-in "SMS Gateway Connector" available in Microsoft SharePoint Store.
The add-in supports incoming SMS for Business and Enterprise Licenses.
We create a SharePoint List by the name "SMS Request List" in your SharePoint Site. If the Add-in has no admins, we mark you as the admin for the Add-in.
As an organization, you can use profanity filter configuration to ensure all messages are compliant to your standards. With these configurations you can block sms messages from being sent or alternatively mask certain words before the message is sent.

Please subscribe to a new plan, and cancel the old plan. Note: Its pertinent that you cancel your old plan to avoid any unnecessary payment deductions by paypal.

No. Cancelling the plan will only result in no further payments. Your plan will expire when the next payment is due.
